Messy Church

Third Wednesday of the month from 3.30 pm – 5 pm for parents, carers and children. Fun, family and food - a variety of crafts are enjoyed, which always includes a food based activity. These are followed by an interactive bible story and then we eat the prepared food!

Messy Church children enjoyed the crafts in their Epiphany themed bags this month. Here are camels with Wise Men on their way to meet Jesus and the crowns on their way to being made:

Easter:

Naturally, the bags that went out to our 'Messy Church' families had the Easter message theme to them. It seems that everyone had a lot of fun making Hot Cross Buns, collage Easter baskets and other crafts. They certainly enjoyed receiving their knitted chicks or rabbits and a chocolate egg. An Easter story book from 'The Philo Trust' was also included so that they could remember the story, whilst we can't be together.
